Hated by the losers and loved by drama cravers, TV show host Judge Judy may face some time before a similar judge for surreptitiously acquiring a China dinner set worth $125,000.
The circumstance is similar to the cases the judge has overseen; friend vs friend. The person suing the judge is her former friend Patric Jones whose ex-husband is an executive producer for the Judge Judy TV series, and the person who sold the set to the judge. Jones claims the set was not his to sell and she did not consent on the sale.
Another judge has ordered Judy to return the set but she refuses so maybe the drama enthusiasts will get to see the ultimate showdown play out on TV.
