Maybe New York is desperate for new cops, desperate for more young white cops, purposely seek crazy men or just ignore any signs of insane characteristics because this dude named Gilberto Valle should never have been accepted let alone given a badge and a gun!

This man plotted a scheme to capture women, rape them then very slowly cook them over low heat and then chow down.. and he is married! The department has merely suspended him and slapped the charge of attempted kidnapping so if he beats the case claiming that it was just a storybook idea such as those conjured by Stephen Spielberg, he will be back on the beat.

He allegedly had computer files on some 100 women, including photographs, addresses and physical descriptions.The FBI confirmed with 10 of the women that they indeed know Valle These are some of his exchanges with an undercover officer
